ABOUT BIG ISLAND BEES

Our honey is both uniquely delicious and beautifully packaged. It can satisfy both the pantry and gift needs of your customers. The Island of Hawaii has many different ecosystems, which allow us to produce single floral honey with intense flavor profiles.

The award-winning Organic Ohia Lehua Blossom honey is our best seller. Grown only in Hawaii, the Lehua blossom produces honey with understated tones of toffee and butterscotch. Perfect in tea, but will enthrall your customers with butter and toast.

Understanding the flower's allure and romanticism, the native Hawaiians considered the flower a symbol of love and fidelity. Picking the Lehua blossom from the Ohia tree causes rain, representing the tears Princess Lehua sheds from being separated from her Prince Ohia.

It is a perfect gift for Valentine's Day, although Martha Stewart has also recommended it both for Christmas and hostess gifts. All our honey is produced and packed by our family. The bees are not fed artificial feed or treated with chemical miticides, and the honey is not heated or filtered. The results are intense flavor profiles your customers will savor.
