Small Business Shipping Challenges

Shipping has been the most challenging for our new small business. With customers expectations set by companies like Amazon, that offer free 2 day shipping, our small business just can't compete. This is especially true as we are committed too and almost entirely plastic bottle free. We rely on glass which is heavier and increases shipping cost. We haven been advised to increase our prices across the board to drop the shipping cost to make it appear as if we can offer super cheap shipping. We strive to be straightforward with our customers and decided to ensure that our shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible. 

Our Team is constantly working to bring the very best honeybee inspired products from around the Globe and working to ensure that it is a wonderful and exciting experience for our customers each and every time. As our business grows with your support, we will be able to negotiate better prices for products and shipping to provide the best possible value for our customers. 

Shipping Policy

We strive to prepare products for shipment and we typically ship on Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays. We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We now ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other US Territories. 

Damaged Product Exchange Policy 

Any damaged products can be exchanged once it has been documented, simply click the contact button on the top right of this page and provide us a few details to get started: Customer Name, Invoice Number, & Items that were damaged. 

Return Policy 

Any unopened product can be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Customer responsible for shipping unopened/undamaged products back at their own expense. Please use the address below:

Any unopened and undamaged returns will be processed once they are received. May take 7-10 business days to fully process return. Refund will be provided using the same payment details provided with the original order. Systems will not allow refund of cash or to alternative payment method, must be the original payment method.


Refund credit to original payment may take 7-10 days to post after being issued, depending on your bank or credit card company's policy.
