Small Business Shipping Challenges
Shipping has been the most challenging for our new small business. With customers expectations set by companies like Amazon, that offer free 2 day shipping, our small business just can't compete. This is especially true as we are committed too and almost entirely plastic bottle free. We rely on glass which is heavier and cost more to ship. We haven been advised to increase our prices across the board to drop the shipping cost to make it appear as if we can offer super cheap shipping. We strive to be straightforward with our customers and decided to ensure that our shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible.
Our Team is constantly working to bring the very best honeybee inspired products from around the Globe and working to ensure that it is a wonderful and exciting experience for our customers each and every time. As our business grows with your support, we will be able to negotiate better prices for products and shipping to provide the best possible value for our customers.
We strive to prepare products for shipment and we typically ship on Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays. We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Damaged Product Return & Exchange Policy
Any damaged products can be returned & exchanged once it has been documented, simply click the contact button on the top right of this page and provide us a few details to get started: Customer Name, Invoice Number, & Items that were damaged.
